How to Create a Broadcast Campaign?

1. Follow either of the above-mentioned workflows to land on the Choose Campaign Type screen.

2. From the options displayed here, select Broadcast and click the Next button.

3. From the Campaign Details screen, use the Campaign name field to enter the name of the campaign.

4. Select the language in which you want to create the campaign using the Language dropdown.

5. Use the Description textbox to describe what the campaign focuses at.

6. Select the use case for which the campaign is being created using the Use Case dropdown.

7. As the required selections are made, click the Next button. This takes you to the Campaign Content screen.

8. Here, you can either create a new template or choose an existing one for the campaign content.

9. In case you want to create a new template, choose the channel for which you want to create the template using the Channel dropdown.

10. Click the +Add New Message button. This opens the template window for the selected channel (SMS, Email, or Voice). For this article, we are choosing the SMS template.

11. Enter the template name in the Name of the Template field.

12. Use the Description of the SMS field to describe what the SMS is about.

13. Enter the SMS content in the Content of the SMS field.

14. Once the required information is filled, click the Create button.

15. On the other hand, if you are choosing an existing template, select the sender from the Sender dropdown.

16. Use the Template dropdown to select the template.

17. Once the required selections are made, click the Next button. This takes you to the Review screen.

18. Here, all the information you filled for the campaign is displayed for you to review.

19. Once reviewed, click the Publish Campaign button.
