Optimized.app > Left Navigation Bar > Voice Module
1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Message & Voice Modules screen.
2. Click the + New Module button. This opens the Campaign Details screen.
3. Name your voice module using the Name of the Voice Action field.
4. Select the language in which you want to create the module using the Language dropdown.
5. Describe the module using the Description textbox.
6. Select the content you want to associate to the Module using the Content dropdown.
7. Select the response you want to set for this module using the Response dropdown.
8. Once the required selections are made, click the Next button. This takes you to the Workflow screen.
9. Here, you can drag and drop the components in the workflow and configure each step. If you are using text-to-speech feature, you should break the text into multiple Play Audio -actions.
10. Once the workflow is set, click the Next button. As a result, you are taken to the Review screen.
11. Here, click the Test Call button to test the call before publishing it.
12. Once tested, click the Publish the Call button.
