How to Edit an Existing Campaign?

Optimized.App > Left Navigation Bar > Campaigns > View Campaigns

1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the Campaigns screen.

2. Click the three-dot icon located at the end of the campaign row.

3. From the options revealed, click Edit. This opens the selected campaign in edit view.

4. If the Campaign you are Editing, is Broadcast Campaign that uses one Voice Template (Content), click "Next" until you are in the Campaign Settings -page.

5. There you can choose the Calling Number for that particular campaign, set "Days to Wait" for Inbound Calls, Add and Remove Additional Attempts and set a SMS Message for those that don't answer to the final attempt.


6. Once the required changes are made, navigate to the Review-tab and Save the Campaign.


Note: In Scheduling phase, when you click the 'Schedule' button, a schedule is created using the current settings. After that, you can freely change the settings — it won’t affect the schedules that have already been created.
