Optimized.app > Left Navigation Bar > SMS Templates
1. Follow the workflow mentioned above to land on the SMS Templates grid.
2. Click the +New Template button. This opens the SMS Template window.
3. Here, name the template you are creating using the Name of the Template field.
4. Describe the SMS to be associated with the template using the Description of the SMS field.
5. Enter the SMS content in the Content of the SMS textbox.
6. Once the required information is filled, click the Create button.
